  11. Add $4.00 (U.S. Funds) for shipping and handling in the U.S. or Canada - 
  12. total cost: $39.00 (U.S. Funds)

  14. Add $9.00 (U.S. Funds) for shipping and handling outside of the U.S. or 
  15. Canada - total cost $44.00 (U.S. Funds)

  17. Payment is accepted in U.S. funds by check, money order, or postal money 
  18. order.  All checks must be drawn on a U.S. bank.  Credit card orders are 
  19. accepted via the Public Software Library Regstration Service. Please make
  20. checks payable to "R2M Software Company" Please specify 3.5" or 5.25" 
  21. diskette.

  34. with MC, Visa, Amex, or Discover, by calling 800-242-4775 or 713-524-6394.  
  35. If you prefer, you may FAX or mail your credit card order.  When ordering
